Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
