Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and merchandise is displayed neatly.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and operational concerns
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and maintain document security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cashier operations
• Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Meet requirements for alcohol handling and sales

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
