Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Conduct store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
