Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and operates efficiently. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service, contributing to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills outlined for the role.
• Operate the cash register, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
