Job Description
As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDIC Acts Competencies and Professional Skills) outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, perform cleaning duties, and neatly stock shelves.
- Assist customers and collaborate with team members and store management effectively.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Perform cleaning duties and adhere to company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
