Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its excellent appearance, provides exceptional customer service, and assists in various tasks around the store.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow established cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Experience in retail and using related equipment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local regulations regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
