Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Enhance customer shopping experiences through exceptional service and collaboration with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register
• Capable of safely using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High School Diploma preferred, with retail experience desirable
