Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Stock shelves, handle customer purchases, and maintain the cleanliness of the store
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
