Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and providing exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, handle cash, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
