Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
