Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and assist in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Work independently and within a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is desirable.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
