Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members and management, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general store upkeep

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Capacity to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus
