Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the store appearance.
- Operating the cash register and handling customer purchases.
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures with a focus on security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficient in operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
