Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
