Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Conduct inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions accurately.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
