Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document and data security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
