Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to security and cash-handling procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
