Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and maintaining store security.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and various store equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
