Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold our company standards.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report to store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is an advantage.
