Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and keep the store tidy.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Operate cash registers accurately and adhere to cash policies.
- Contribute to inventory management and store organization.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operational proficiency with cash registers and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in retail settings is advantageous.
