Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork by collaborating with the ALDI team.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory, and assist in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain document security.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
