Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and report to store management.
- Contribute to inventory management, ensure cash-handling compliance, and follow company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
- Capable of fulfilling physical demands and collaborating in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
