We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and stock levels
- Adhere to cash-handling policies and company procedures
- Perform general cleaning duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
