Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members
- Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
- Follow company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills
- Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
