Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure smooth store operations.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Follow cash handling procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
