Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in your role.
• Process customer transactions and maintain a clean environment.
• Assist customers and liaise with the management team.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory.
• Support store inventory procedures and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various equipment.
• Understand and apply company policies and procedures.
• Work effectively in a team or independent setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
