Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products in an organized manner.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
