Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of handling and selling alcoholic beverages as per state and local requirements.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
