Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Take store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
- Prior retail experience is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
