Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and assist customers with their shopping needs.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory, cash handling, and security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
