Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will be responsible for various in-store activities including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to uphold company standards and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide efficient and friendly customer service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
