Job Description
Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
- Perform general cleaning duties and other assigned tasks.
Physical Demands
- Stock merchandise and place products on shelves (up to 45 pounds).
- Perform various physical activities around the store.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Work independently and within a team environment.
- Stay organized, follow instructions, and multitask effectively.
- Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
