Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will contribute to maintaining the store appearance, providing customer service, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers, hand jacks, and floor scrubbers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Capability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages per state and local regulations.
