Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and store maintenance. Collaborate with the team to deliver top-notch customer satisfaction.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate cash register, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older, with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
