Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's efficient operation and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
- Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to enhance store performance.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
