Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the team, providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, ensure data security, and perform assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
