Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various tasks such as stocking shelves, cashiering, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Provide feedback on products and inventory management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
