Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate in an entry-level position. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers with shopping, process purchases, and keep shelves well-stocked.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions, and maintain store security.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
