Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate key competencies, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
