Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies by providing exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
