Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

• 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
• Participate in inventory management and store operations

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
