Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, manage inventory, and adhere to company policies.
• Operate equipment efficiently, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with the ability for prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operations, equipment handling, and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as an advantage.
