Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its appearance, merchandise is stocked correctly, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, provide feedback on products, and report any issues.
- Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register, follow instructions, and work both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
