Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive outstanding service, and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate the cash register accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.
• Participate in inventory management activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
