We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register
• Proficient in various equipment operation
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
