Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Conduct inventory counts and report product issues or discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing cleaning duties and stocking activities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
