Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Interact with customers to provide assistance and excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
- Good physical condition to handle stocking and store maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
