Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Operate the cash register, restock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate cash registers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience and a high school diploma preferred.
