Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide outstanding customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
- Skills to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
