Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and multitask.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcohol.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
